Aerial Photography of Alexandria

The project uses the ZEISS RMK15 camera to conduct an aerial photography operation of the city and governorate of Alexandria for a total area of 2160 Km2. The city aerial photo scale is 1/5000. The governorate scale is 1/15000.

About NARSS

NARSS has been established in 1991 as a General Authority for Remote Sensing belongs to the Ministry of State for Scientific Research.

NARSS was then organizationally restructured in 1994; following the Presidential Decree No. 261 for 1992, as a National Authority for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences belongs to the Ministry of Scientific Research.
