Digital mapping

The research and studies of the department include

  • Slums Detections( Informal Settlements Detection)
  • Automatic DEM generation and orthorectification of stereo images such as Worldview-  ZY3 image and base map production
  • Photogrammetric point cloud extraction from stereo satellite images.
  • Assessment of image fusion for improvement of base map production.
